The Lip Liner Pencil creates a flawless contour, easily covers the lips and is durable enough to provide a long-lasting base for lipstick or gloss.
"Jane Iredale pencils do not contain harmful artificial colours, making them ideal for sensitive skin. The soft consistency allows them to be used as a base for lip make-up. It contains conditioning oils and waxes, and natural pigments for colour. The colour of the lip pencil should be as close as possible to the colour of the lipstick or gloss for a natural effect. Use a cosmetic pencil sharpener to maintain the round shape of the pencil tip (the holes in conventional pencil sharpeners are too small and the wood may split).
